Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to establish detailed implementation and compliance matters between Helper Pass and general members.

Article 2 Guide to collection and use of personal information
1. Purpose of collection/use: Processing customer requests and replying results
2. Items collected: name, email, contact information
3. Retention period / deletion: Retention is for 1 year, and information is deleted within 1 week after deletion request.
4. You may refuse consent, and if you refuse, use may be restricted.

Article 3 Terms of Use and Other Matters
1. Helper Pass does not take any responsibility as an information introduction intermediary regarding information and transactions regarding products and services provided by registered freelancers.
2. If there is a dispute regarding matters not specified in this contract or the interpretation of this contract, the decision shall be made by agreement between the service user and the helper, but if no agreement is reached, the relevant laws and general practices shall apply.
 
(Enforcement date) These terms and conditions will be effective from January 1, 2024.
